First National Bank Expands Presence in Butler
New Banking Office Slated for September Opening

Butler, PA – August 11, 2011 - First National Bank of Pennsylvania, the largest subsidiary of F.N.B. Corporation (FNB), has announced plans to open a new branch location in Butler, PA. First National Bank has more than 230 locations throughout Pennsylvania and Eastern Ohio, and the newly announced branch will be the ninth in Butler County.

This new branch will give us an opportunity to introduce comprehensive financial solutions to another segment of customers.” The announcement reflects the Company’s stated commitment to Western Pennsylvania and specifically to the Pittsburgh Region, where it maintains a strong presence reflected by a growing market share. Currently, First National Bank is the fourth-largest Pennsylvania-based bank.

The new First National Bank branch is located in a heavy retail area across from the Veteran’s Administration Hospital and adjacent to retailers including Target, Chili’s and Walmart. The 3,000 square foot location, which is currently undergoing renovations, will be equipped with drive through and drive up ATM services. In addition to a full range of retail and business banking products and services, the branch will be equipped to serve the wealth management, investment, private banking and insurance needs of clients.

Jeffrey A. Daniels will serve as Manager of the new Butler banking office. He has 30 years of experience with First National Bank, most recently as Manager of the Bank’s Prospect location. Daniels, who resides in Butler, has served in several community leadership roles including Lieutenant Governor and President of the local Kiwanis and board member of the United Way of Butler County. A graduate of Leadership Butler County, he currently serves on the Finance Committee for the Butler County Children’s Center, Inc.

The new banking office, located at 110 Butler Commons, is tentatively slated to open the week of September 6, 2011. Until then, residents can take advantage of convenient, 24-hour ATM services.
